Back Court Bar Catering

Back Court Bar & Beverage Services can handle every type of event from venues to weddings to indoor and outdoor parties. We’re a fully insured caterer with a valid liquor license. Additionally, all of our staff hold Indiana liquor permits and are both professionally trained and state certified.

Whether hosted or provided as a cash bar service, we offer a selection of bar service packages to fit your needs.

Cash Bar – Guests pay for their own drinks. All Cash Bar prices are inclusive of sales tax and service charge. Please note that at Cash Bar events, cash is the only accepted means of payment.

Open Bar – Host is billed based on guest count and event length.

Split Bar – Bar service may be split between Host and Guest Cash. (Example: Host pays for beer/wine while guests pay for all cocktails.)

BAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission regulates the service and sale of alcoholic beverage. As a licensee, Back Court Bar is responsible for the administration of these regulations; therefore, liquor may not be brought in or taken out of any facility (this includes alcohol as a gift).

Unless otherwise noted prior to the event, in compliance with Indiana State Law, all alcohol at the event must be purchased from Back Court Bar and provided by it’s staff.

Back Court Bar reserves the right to close a bar if liquor laws or Back Court Bar’s policies are violated. We also reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that we feel has exceeded a reasonable beverage limit.

Back Court Bar reserves the right to request valid picture identification for service of alcohol to any guest. We also reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone without identification.

In accordance with State of Indiana law, we will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. There will be zero tolerance for minors consuming alcohol. Minors are the responsibility of the client signing the Bar Service Contract.

All beverages poured at the bar are served in clear plastic cups. If you choose to upgrade the service to glassware a Glassware Fee of $2.50 per person is applied. The Glassware Fee is subject to the Service Charge and Sales Tax.

All beverage orders must be placed ten (10) days prior to the event date unless special arrangements have been made for your event. A final order for all special items is due two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

Back Court Bar will have a last call thirty (30) minutes prior to the event’s scheduled ending with all bar service to end fifteen (15) minutes prior to the end of the event.

All bar services are provided up to five hours. Events requiring bar services for more than four hours will be charged an additional amount based upon event needs and specifications.
